Multi-Purpose & Activities Hall Hire
To ensure safety, Richlands East State School requires groups or individuals to provide for hire of the multi purpose hall;
- Current Liability Insurance Certificate in the sum of $20 million.
- Security/key Bond of $250 (refundable upon existing).
- Ability to enter into a minimal 1 year contract.
- Proven payment record (if hired at another school).
- Annual hire rate review.
- Hourly rates will apply.
- 2 referees to be provided.
- NO food or drink with in hall.
- NO smoking.
- Rubbish removal at own expense.
- Cleaning at own expense.
